At the time of his graduation from law school, Daniel M. Shusterman was employed as Vice President of Operations for publicly-held biotechnology company. He continued at the company, practicing corporate and intellectual property law and was ultimately appointed Vice President of Administration and General Counsel. Since 2001, he has concentrated his practice of law to the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, mass tort and diet drug litigation.
